Grief writing group
saturday, october 28th
Grief Writing groups offer a safe and respectful space for people to gather and explore grief and loss through creative writing. When we honor grief as sacred, it reveals a loving intelligence that can help us restore vitality, connection and joy to our lives. These writing explorations offer an invaluable support to engage with your heart, your grief and your inner worlds. These very simple explorations can be integrated into your life on a daily basis as an ongoing deepening and support. All sharing in this group is held in a sacred space. There will be no advice given. There will also be no attempt at ‘fixing’ your grief, loss or story. This group offers a safe space to be exactly where you are in your process and experience the grace that occurs through this welcoming.
