This one-day retreat is a rich and joyful opportunity to delve into the true capacities of our hearts. During our time together, we will participate in ancient sacred ceremony and individual energy healing sessions in order to illuminate and clear the blockages around our heart, while naturally strengthening our luminous connection to all of life.
We will focus on energy exercises and meditation techniques, born from ancient knowledge and sacred geometry, so that we connect more deeply to the unlimited potential of our heart-space.
We will also discover simple ways to keep aligned and attuned to the increase of vibration that is entering our planet which support us in embodying higher frequencies of love.
